I received information regarding Spirit Dental products in January of 2005. To evaluate the plans, I enrolled some of my groups. The rates were very competitive, claims were paid at the highest level of usual and reasonable and benefits were flexible.
Since that time I have moved many of my groups to Spirit Dental. There have been no complaints from my clients or their dental providers and Carrissa and the other Direct Benefits employees have been very helpful and a pleasure to work with.
