Base Policy Features (Cash Benefit up to $15,000.00)
- Helps cover deductibles, co-pays and other expenses not covered by your clients' primary major medical plan
- Reimburses policy holders for a wide variety of covered medical expenses related to accidents regardless of other medical coverage
- Provides lump sum payouts if your client is diagnosed with any of three major critical illnesses (if Critical Illness Rider selected)
- Issue ages 0 to 64 for individual plan
- Family plans available
- Guaranteed issue for accident coverage
- Simplified Issue for Critical Illness Rider
- Guaranteed renewable to age 65

Optional Riders:

- Critical Illness Rider7 that can pay a lump sum benefit if the policy holders is diagnosed with invasive cancer, heart attack or stroke.
- The available lump sum benefits for the Critical Illness Rider are $5,000, $10,000, $15,000, $20,000 or $25,000.
